policy.

If you are not 100% delighted with any onsite work that we carry out, please talk to us. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem with you.

Onsite repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 30 days.

Parts used for onsite repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally this lasts for 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase.

Delivery charges and/or travel charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
