Satisfaction Policy

Rather than tying you up in legalistic jargon, Steve's PC Repair believes in having a clearly stated and easy to understand satisfaction policy.

  • If you are not 100% delighted with any onsite work that we carry out, please talk to us. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem with you.
     

  • Onsite repairs are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 30 days.
     

  • Parts used for onsite repairs are subject to a manufacturer's warranty. Generally this lasts for 12 months, but please ask for the details specific to the parts that you purchase.
     

  • Delivery charges and/or travel charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
