Remote Service

Follow these instructions below to setup a remote access applet on your computer or notebook using a service called “TeamViewer”. This will not install anything on your computer - notebook system.

You can terminate the remote service connection at any time you wish. If another remote session is required you will need to repeat this process again.

Please note this service is not available for anyone with only a 56k modem connection. You must have a DSL, Cable modem, T1 or higher internet connection in order for us to provide this service.

1) Before you select the link below go through the instructions first:

2) When the "Do you want to run or save this file?" menu appears select "Run".
 

3) When the "Do you want to run this software?" menu appears select "Run".

4) When the "PcHelpware" menu appears enter the Password that Steve gives you. The remote service will begin.



5) After the remote service is completed close the "PcHelpware" menu.

6) When the "PcHelpware" menu appears close it. Done.
